Edward D. Foy is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Foy Financial Services, Inc. He works with a wide variety of clients, ranging from young adults who are just starting to invest for their future, to business people who are working to build portfolios and retirement plans, to retirees who are relying upon their investment portfolios for income. Ed is experienced with a wide variety of investment accounts including retirement plans and trust accounts.
Ed holds the Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) designation with the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (lARFC) and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). He has series 3, 7, 24, 51, 63, and 65 securities licenses. He was a NASD/FINRA Registered Representative from 1980-2008, and a NASD/FINRA Registered Principal from 1987-2008. Ed has been an investment adviser representative (IAR) since 1992.
Prior to entering the financial services industry, Ed was a pharmaceutical representative with Schering Plough, Inc. from 1974-1980. He graduated with honors from Dana College in 1974, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and was the valedictorian of his Ralston High School Class of 1970.
Ed and his wife, Kathy have been married since 1971. They have three grown daughters, and eleven grandchildren. His primary hobby is attending his grandchildren’s numerous activities. Ed is also a private pilot, and he enjoys caring for their three horses, two dogs, and numerous cats and chickens. Last but not least, Ed is an acolyte at St. John the Apostle Church.
Andrew J. Kramer is the Director of Research and the Chief Compliance Officer for Foy Financial Services, Inc. Drew has worked at Foy Financial Services, Inc. since 1996, after graduating from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He has held series 6,7, 26, 63, and 65 securities licenses and has been a registered representative and registered principal with FFP Securities, Inc. (12 years) and First Allied Securities, Inc. (1 year). Drew was also an investment adviser representative (IAR) with FFP Advisory Services, Inc. (6 years). He’s been an investment adviser representative (IAR) with Foy Financial Services, Inc. since 2003.
Drew and his wife, Becky, have been married for twenty-three years and have six children. He enjoys the many adventures that come with parenting such as sports, music and scouting, just to name a few. He enjoys reading and exploring new places with his family.

Cindy L. Foy is the Director of Operations for Foy Financial Services, Inc. In this role she is actively involved in practically every aspect of the business. She is the primary contact for both direct clients accounts and advisor-client accounts. Cindy is also the primary contact for Foy Financial Services, Inc.’s back office service provider and the information technology trouble-shooter. She is also actively involved in executing portfolio allocations and reallocations.
Cindy is Ed and Kathy’s youngest daughter and started working with him part-time at the age of 14, continuing through high school and while attending the University of Nebraska where she majored in Finance. She started working full-time for Foy Financial Services, Inc., in 2001. Cindy was a Registered Representative for 7 years.
Cindy has two sons that keep her very busy. They are all very active in sports and outdoor activities, as well as with their church and school. They also have two small dogs, Smokey and Bandit, that they love to include in their activities. She is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys coaching others to a healthier lifestyle. She adores spending time with her entire family, including her nine nieces and nephews.
